Plant Operations Maintenance Analyst Jobs

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to financial management and reporting.

At least 5 years of experience finance analyst: preferably in manufacturing, and/or high-tech industries

Computer Skills and Required Software Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related degree.

Strong software and systems acumen (ERP experience preferred, SAP experience a plus).

Experience conducting financial analytics and data modeling.

Experience in preparing the job and work plans, including scope, skills identification, time, cost estimates, resource availability, and operational coordination, preferred

Excellent communication skills and experience communicating and interfacing with all levels of the company and outside contacts

Track and summarize schedule performance with other project controls functions and the finance teams.

3-5+ years of daily, routine, or project maintenance planning and scheduling experience required.

Advanced PC skills, including CMMS, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Tableau, Microsoft Looker.

In-depth knowledge of the maintenance work process from work identification through maintenance work order completion, reconciliation, and equipment recommissioning.
