Dispatch / Plant Office Administrator

Prepare detailed analyses of monthly margin and cost statements as requested by location management.
Responsible for weighing customer trucks, providing timely and accurate tickets to customers ensuring the smooth flow of traffic across the scales.
Assist in the coordination of truck dispatch orders to ensure maximum efficiency.
Assist customers in identifying proper products needed for specific end use.
Ensure that tickets are verified for numbers, dated and time accuracy and ensure that customer trucks leave the yard properly loaded.
Direct plant operators, loaders and drivers regarding which material to load on trucks following all loading procedures accordingly.
