Ensures performance and succession management systems are in place to improve all phases of plant performance and drive continuous improvement.
Represents the Plant on Business Management and Operations Teams, and has accountability for participating in the development of respective strategy development.
Manages new Product Development activities and Technological improvements, and monitors the health of the existing processes and equipment.
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices (GAPP) as it relates to Manufacturing Plants.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
