Plant Manager In Training Jobs

Related technical training or relevant experience may warrant up to six (6) months of credit towards this requirement.

During training, participates in lectures, examinations and other training evolutions.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Passing the Operator Helper Selection Examination

Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, rules, regulations and instructions

Satisfactory physical and psychological condition as indicated by company-provided examination

7+ years of experience in a variety of roles in manufacturing to include experience in management/supervision

Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for a FDA regulated / food manufacturing environment

Knowledge of plastic material and/or injection molding processes

Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operational management

Mentor team members with knowledge of developing trends in order to build a highly skilled team

Adequate knowledge of budget development and oversight experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 5-8 years of operational management/leadership in a manufacturing environment/industry. MBA is a plus.
