Overview The Plant Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the plant and its equipment. This includes ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that all safety regulations are followed. The Plant Maintenance Superintendent is also responsible for the supervision of the maintenance staff and for the development and implementation of maintenance programs. Detailed Job Description The Plant Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the plant and its equipment. This includes ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that all safety regulations are followed. The Plant Maintenance Superintendent is also responsible for the supervision of the maintenance staff and for the development and implementation of maintenance programs. The Plant Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for the scheduling of maintenance activities, the ordering of parts and supplies, and the coordination of maintenance activities with other departments. The Plant Maintenance Superintendent will also be responsible for the training of maintenance staff and for the development of maintenance procedures. Job Skills Required
