Advanced working knowledge and understanding of retirement plan administration and associated regulations and IRS tax rules.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to ensure the daily projection of a professional customer-focused image.
Performs all facets of daily plan administration including processing of contributions, loans, distributions, hardship withdrawals, and QDROs.

This includes researching and interpreting laws and regulations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring compliance. The Plan Compliance Administrator also provides guidance and advice to management on compliance issues. Detailed Job Description The Plan Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s plans and programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The Plan Compliance Administrator will:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and advice to management on compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain records of compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Participate in meetings and conferences related to compliance issues.
