Applies broad knowledge of training facilitation and coaching skills

2 years of PIP experience, strongly preferred

Applies broad knowledge of insurance policy, coverage, and regulation

Experience handling first party auto medical claims in Florida, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Maryland and Utah.

Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes and ICD 10.

Completion of the Insurance Institute of America's: General Insurance Program, Associate in Claims, Associate in Management or equivalent

Complete ACG Claim Representative Training Program or demonstrate equivalent knowledge or experience

Manage time, organize and plan work load and responsibilities

Ensure all possible policyholder benefits are identified.

Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance or a related field or the equivalent in related work experience

Prior litigation or paralegal experience, paralegal degree/certificate/certification, medical training, or relevant coursework or legal studies degree is required

Strong computer skills and experience working in an electronic/digital environment in particular Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

2-5 years of civil litigation experience preferably in PIP defense or insurance defense
