Photography Production Coordinator Jobs

Conduct the daily management and improvement of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Developing and advocating best practices as they apply to digital asset management across all team members.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver in a timely manner.

Data entry of metadata to all assets when applicable.

Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Graphic Design or equivalent work experience

2+ years experience in a related field

Support deals content production by photographing and editing best-of-web in-store product images for deal posts, social media, and website pages.

Ideate and create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media along with the team.

Create rapid turnaround, high-quality content to capitalize on hot deals, new trends, or other opportunities.

Source, book, direct, and shoot talent in a variety of settings. Perform other related duties as the department scales.

Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.

Work hand in hand with our Project Manager and all Digital designers to manage asset delivery and expectations of asset creation/deliverables.

Create mood boards and gather photography references for seasonal campaigns

Research photography, lighting, and composition trends in the Beauty Industry

Build shot lists for product and model photography and video photoshoots

Assist on set with styling compositions throughout all 5 brands

Work with photographer on the correct naming conventions per shot on set

Graphic design experience and skillsets within Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Experience in video production, film, or digital media-related field

Experience with both studio strobes and continuous lighting

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lancaster, PA 17603

Audio Recording: Place microphones properly and adjust the input levels accordingly to record on-camera talent voices.

Audio processing: Comfort level with controlling balance, eq, loudness, and clarity in a final product

Setting up and photographing firearms and military memorabilia using our spin photo machine

Displaying solid understanding of how each item’s picture should be taken

Learning the ins and outs of the photo machine to be able to trouble shoot to continue to meet production goals

Moving inventory within the department and throughout our 86,000 square foot facility

Contribute as a valuable member of the A & A Day Auction Production team to continue to grow our department sales

You enjoy repetitive work and working independently to meet a team goal

Experience in a supporting role at a gallery, museum or comparable arts organization

Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office

Experience using website CMS and Artlogic or other gallery databases

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Manage, edit and produce gallery exhibition catalogs with freelance designer, in consultation with Directors and Press Associate

***EXPERIENCE WITH PHOTOSHOP AND ADOBE SUITE REQUIRED***

Manage partners charged with developing creative content and new ideas

Experience and a understanding of content development across multiple media platforms

Knowledge of our Disney Parks & Resort's brand and best practices

Experience in licensing music, clips, and developing clearances reports

Familiarity with multiple production media including, video, photography and post-production

Well-versed understanding of the latest technology

1-3 years of experience in digital asset management (video and/or photography), ideally with experience in rights management and HIPAA compliance

The ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and deliver work on deadline

Proven organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Coordinate and maintain workflow process for all multimedia assets

Collaborate with multimedia, creative design teams to acquire content

Assist in vendor relationships, payments and renewals
