Detailed Job Description A Phase 1 Scientist is responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing clinical trials in the early stages of drug development. They must ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, and that the clinical trials are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. They must also ensure that the data collected is accurate and reliable. The Phase 1 Scientist is responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory documents, such as Investigational New Drug (IND) applications, to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
