Overview The Phase I ESA Project Manager is responsible for managing the environmental due diligence process for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). This includes coordinating with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Phase I ESA Project Manager is responsible for managing the environmental due diligence process for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). This includes coordinating with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager must have a strong understanding of environmental regulations and be able to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing project plans and timelines
• Coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
• Reviewing and interpreting environmental regulations
• Preparing and submitting reports to clients
• Ensuring that all project requirements are met
• Managing project budgets and resources
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed

Job Qualifications
