Educate/assist/inform store/field personnel concerning all RB product marketing objectives and programs.
Take initiative to expand space/presence on all RB branded products by building/moving displays and/or product to establish best location.
Maintain schematic integrity or better and re-merchandise to retailer-mandated schematic compliance on all store calls as applicable.
Assist/participate in all retailers re-set and or re-merchandising projects as needed including grand openings/re-models as requested by retailer.
As trained and directed, accurately record all data-gathering objectives as instructed through use of company tracking system.

The Pharmacy Sales Effectiveness Associate will be responsible for:

• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales effectiveness
• Working with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance
• Assisting with the development of promotional materials
• Providing training and support to the sales team
• Participating in industry events and conferences
