Manage ongoing manufacturing activities for clinical drug products

BS with 8+ years of extensive industry experience; ideal candidate will have degree in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields

Experience troubleshooting during tech transfer and manufacturing activities at CMO

Lead the technical review of development and manufacturing documentation, including protocols, reports, and batch records

Analyze in-process and analytical data, draw scientific conclusions, and provide recommendations as they pertain to process development activities

Applicable mechanical and project management experience

Experience | Skills | Knowledge

Experience with on-the-floor cGMP manufacturing and familiarity with regulatory requirements and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Supports project team as operations expert through start-up, commissioning, qualification through licensure and ramp up of facility

Maintains detailed knowledge of equipment and processes

One year of GMP manufacturing/processing experience

Offer continuous improvement suggestions for efficiencies

Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager

Position requires performing other responsibilities as assigned

Prefer 2 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or experience in a manufacturing/production environment

A Forklift certification is preferred

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT

Proficient in self-management and organizational skills; able to manage workload, set personal and team priorities, and adjust as needed

·Knowledge of drug development processes and application of project management tools

Provide quality and timely content using project management tools

·3+ years in the pharma industry within drug development/project management

Strong interpersonal and team building skills; able to develop effective teamwork between team members with diverse styles

Work with Teams to create and execute project plans and delivery of project milestones

· 5+ years project management experience, leading multiple complex projects/programs.

· Knowledge of project management best practices and proficiency with supporting project management tools.

Complete ERP system activities, invoicing, cost control, revenue recognition, material tracking and procurement and assist with forecasting and change management activities.

· Knowledge of finance, accounting and managing budgets.

· Current industry knowledge of relevant regulations, guidelines, policies and CMC requirements.

· Minimum of 4 years' experience in a client facing position.

Minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing experience and certification in assigned area, as required or proficiency demonstrated in competencies as required.

Minimum of 2-3 years of manufacturing experience and certification in assigned area, as required or proficiency demonstrated in competencies as required.

Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience and certification in assigned area, as required or proficiency demonstrated in competencies as required.

Solid working knowledge and skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment needed for the position.

Basic math, reading, legible writing skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Forklift certification may be required for certain jobs.

Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, effective time management skills & good communication skills

Knowledge of revenue management systems such as Model N and other claim management applications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to adhere to varying system development lifecycle management deliverables

Serve as a subject matter expert in the revenue management domain for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients

Develop and manage a detailed project plan including project communication plans, schedule, roles, scope, risk management and assumptions

Demonstrate the skill to be performer and a verifier on executable batch records.

Strong communication skills with team and supervision.

Report all deviations from batch record requirements, SOPs or company policy, or equipment failure immediately to Unit Leader or Production Supervisor.

Follow all safety (HSE) requirements. Responsible for adherence to OSHA and GMP.

Additional responsibilities as assigned by Unit Leader or Production Supervisor.
