Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, management information system, or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of managed service provider engagement models, vendor management, and contract negotiations or relevant experience.

Proven experience in managing infrastructure managed services, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.

Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and modifications with MSPs, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for service delivery.

Build and manage a high-performing team of infrastructure-managed services professionals.
