Personal Injury Associate Attorney Jobs

Location: In office 100% for the first year, flexibility offered after that

Pay: $50K-$75K depending on years of experience

Manage client communication and apply client payments

6 months of legal experience minimum - preference will be given to experience in personal injury law

Law firm experience in personal injury ( highly preferred). Other areas of interest include mass torts, bankruptcy, and litigation.

Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

Able to work comfortably in a paperless environment as well as manage workflow remotely

5+ years of personal injury experience

Ability to manage complex cases across various practice areas in various stages of resolution

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in Texas and in good standing

3+ years of personal injury experience, either defense or plaintiff

Salary based on prior experience and incentive bonus
