Develop, design, and iterate on video and static ads as briefed by the marketing and design teams

Create and iterate on landing pages based on learnings from data and past performance

Experience with project management tools

Identify and mitigate risks as they present themselves and helping to create and manage performance improvement plans as needed

Perform other related responsibilities as required.

Experience with dashboard creation and report out methodologies

Experience in value-based care and Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage policy, plan operations, data, and financial methodologies is a plus

Work collaboratively with the stakeholders to realize testing and targeting initiatives through digital content, digital experiences and offers

Deep experience with Google Analytics and web testing; strong reporting capabilities to track performance

Deep knowledge of eCommerce, digital marketing, A/B testing, user experience, analytics, and a

strong focus on project management are needed to be successful.

Utilize Google Analytics tools to track customer activity and optimize experiences and conversion throughout the customer lifecycle

4+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated conversion rate optimization (CRO) success

Partner with Senior Manager to track budgets and weekly spend in coordination with finance

Collaborate with Credit Marketing team to improve overall experience and knowledge of the program and perks through digital marketing channels

Summarize findings in written and verbal reports to upper management.

Collaborate with agencies and other partners to manage digital campaigns

Proven experience with increasing acquisition, nurturing, and conversions while managing against aggressive revenue and profitability goals.

Experience partnerning with key vendors and briefing projects

Manage external vendors, contracts, relationships and technical requirements to continue to develop and enhance the ecommerce platform

10+ years of professional work experience, preferably with experience managing eCommerce projects and user experience

Excellent interpersonal and people leadership skills

Proven experience in leading teams including providing direction, understanding resource capability and successfully driving results working with internal or external resources

Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and to manage cross-functional business partners who are not direct line reports

Analyze business performance, synthesize findings, structure presentations, and communicate recommendations and action items to drive alignment and execute against those strategies

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, direct-response media buying or account management.

Must demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Mac OS is a benefit;

Must stay on top of the latest trends for Paid Media, and implement trends that will benefit the brand’s marketing efforts;

Must be able to work both at home, and in our HQ office (approx. 60/40 split).

Must have excellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational and documentation skills.
