Performance Enhancement Manager (W2)

Understand multiple programs and cross train OHA staff and vendors (in cooperation with Case Management Administrator)
Create quality review processes with Case Management Administrator
Provide program management in support of active contract management for internal OHA contract clubs
Development and testing of Quality Assurance processes regarding performance measures for compliance with state and federal requirements
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Wellsky products preferred but not necessary
Strong written and oral communication skills.
