Peopleops Generalist Jobs

Ability to interact collaboratively with management, team members and internal departments when investigating HR issues and developing corrective action plans;

Knowledge of Office365, with excellent Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills;

Manage employee offboarding process including BambooHR, communication with employee and exit interviews;

Set up and manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee processes, and liaise with DevOps.

Manage the quarterly bonus scheme;

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, including health and dental, 401k, annual leave, and general employee personnel issues.
