People Ops Specialists are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as developing and administering employee benefits programs. They also manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances, and ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable labor laws. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) preferred
