Communication of benefit information to employees

Serve as POC for payroll/tax related requests from Finance/Accounting

Thorough understanding of payroll processes, labor and compliance guidelines, and best practices, and ability to demonstrate effective application of that knowledge.

Proactive, motivated, and results oriented individual capable of partnering with accounting and finance, operations, and other business partners.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Extensive knowledge of employee benefits, leave of absence and applicable laws

Manages relationship with our leave of absence third party administrator

Effectively interprets FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities, in partnership with People Business Partners

Partners with Total Rewards on benefits implications for leaves

Experience managing worker’s compensation claims

Work cross-functionally with Business Leaders, Talent Management organizations, Finance, IT, and Facilities

Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills

General knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws related to recruitment, wages, benefits, leaves of absence, etc.

Assist and support HR projects across US Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Compensation as directed

Maintain accurate employee records and conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs

2+ years of experience in HR Administration, Operations, or Generalist roles within the US
