Strong leadership and people management skills

Familiarity with project management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and PMP certification

Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and deliver complex technology programs across different regions, time zones, and cultures

Manage a team of recruiters and oversee the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates

Manage change requests to ensure that project risks are identified and managed appropriately

A minimum of 10 years' experience managing technology programs, preferably in the technology and/or SaaS industry

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management

• Manage automation roadmap and prioritization, including requirements gathering, identifying risks, and negotiating tradeoffs with stakeholders

• Experience defining and executing against program requirements

• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects

Degree or Certification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Accounting, Tax, Information Systems, or related field

Where: Seattle, WA or Miami, FL office (onsite 3 days a week, remote 2 days/wk)

10+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, consumer insight, market research, strategic planning, management consulting, forecasting or similar field

CIMA-wide budget/forecast management (including CIMA admin budget, shared technology licenses, headcount tracking, etc.)

Demonstrated experience developing and leading analytical and/or research teams

Experience in developing strong partnerships and leading cross functional teams

Demonstrated verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Translate consumer, digital, marketing, and sales insights into actionable, business-driving strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or a related quantitative degree

7+ years of experience in project/program/product management

Track key milestones and manage detailed project plans to drive execution, accountability and gauge readiness.

Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.

Interject new insights and ideas for improving customer experience and improving financials while holding true to Chewy fundamentals

Experience with financial analysis and modeling

Strong technical skills and knowledge of project management tools

Communicate project status to management

Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

At least 5 years of working experience in medical device development or related fields

Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Experience managing programs across multiple sites and locations, and throughout the product development lifecycle
