They must be able to assess the needs of the organization and develop strategies to meet those needs. People Advisors must also be able to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of topics related to human resources. People Advisor Job Skills Required• Knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
