Payroll Support Representative Jobs in Arkansas

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 80% - Payroll Processing

• Run, and review audit reports to ensure accuracy of payroll data.

• Perform testing support of payroll system patches and upgrades.

• Document and update departmental policies and procedures as needed.

• Perform various audits and review schedules of employee data.

• Coordinate closely with Payroll Accounting teams.

Experience with a system like Kronos or UKG preferably Kronos for time keeping

Payroll experience how it breaks down, how its recorded, how time keeping is translated into payroll

Implementation experience a must (with time and attendance)

Know how these work with payrolling: Unions, sick days, benefits - how config this in time and attendance

Workforce Dimensions Payroll, Time & Attendance:

Need to be very good at documenting

Investigates departmental inquires involving recalculation of overtime, benefits, on-call shift differentials and/or reversal of payments.

Prepares pro-rata benefits changes for the bargaining and non-bargaining units.

Communicates payroll policies and procedures to department managers and other staff members as needed.

Cultivates and maintains an effective working relationship with departments.

Inspiring and fostering an environment of anti-racist behaviors among and between departments and co-workers.
