Payroll Specialist Hybrid Jobs

2+ years of copywriting and social media community management experience.

Excellent communication, organizational, time and self-management skills.

Strong knowledge of digital/social platforms and capabilities

BS degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant experience

Proven critical thinking and crisis management skills used to problem solve and make decisions

Maintain knowledge of new market and regulatory requirements affecting client portfolio/base

Experience in fraud, customer service and/or finance

Manage client fraud inquiries, ensuring proper investigation and timely resolution that is compliant with departmental standards

2-4 years of relevant experience

Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular calls and face to face interaction, as needed

Proven skills in payroll, data entry, and customer service.

Maintains knowledge of InTANDEM HR invoicing process and monitors reconciliation items to ensure timely resolution

Maintains knowledge of capability of Prism HR software to include web-based reports and online payroll processing

Minimum of three years relevant experience desired.

Experience in processing payroll for a PEO or payroll company.

Experience with Prism software and TimeCo.
