Payroll Customer Service Specialist Jobs

Prepares and files amended tax returns for current and previous years using specific tax forms

Researches and resolves client field and system problems to ensure accurate corrections to payroll reports and tax returns

Researches penalty issues in a timely manner to determine root cause on various platforms including Sure Payroll Advantage

Assists in regular review of documentation to ensure accuracy of updates/revisions

Provides support and training to team members

Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the positions function
