Manage and ensure accuracy of benefits administration system including plan builds, open enrollment, carrier/payroll integrations, and data management
Assist in annual benefits reporting requirements, including 5500 filings, non-discrimination testing, and others
Process AR and revenue from Carriers; Research discrepancies and coordinate corrections between carriers and Account Managers/Executives
Maintain knowledge of Payroll laws in all states with active employees
Process benefits contributions and benefits reporting related to payroll, including 401k contributions, HSA & FSA contributions, and other withholdings
Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction
