Payroll And Accounting Specialist Jobs in Colorado

2 or more years of human resource or management experience preferred

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure ability to influence, guide, and drive the recruiting process.

Manage seasonal international visa process.

Manage social security appointment process for international workers.

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Build and maintain strong relationships with community based organizations.

Manage and ensure accuracy of benefits administration system including plan builds, open enrollment, carrier/payroll integrations, and data management

Assist in annual benefits reporting requirements, including 5500 filings, non-discrimination testing, and others

Process AR and revenue from Carriers; Research discrepancies and coordinate corrections between carriers and Account Managers/Executives

Maintain knowledge of Payroll laws in all states with active employees

Process benefits contributions and benefits reporting related to payroll, including 401k contributions, HSA & FSA contributions, and other withholdings

Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction
