Patients Intake Specialist Jobs in Maryland

Serves as subject matter expert to less experienced staff.

Performs operational duties such as monitoring training costs, acquiring, and implementing services offered by outside vendors.

Leads overall development, design, review, and modification of existing and new training curricula, training aids, and materials.

Leads reporting of all deliverables, efforts and progress.

Develops, recommends, modifies, and implements policies and procedures as it relates to training and coaching.

May supervise training staff as necessary.
