The Patient Scheduler II Remote is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing patient records, and providing customer service to patients. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely. The Patient Scheduler II Remote will be responsible for:

• Scheduling patient appointments, including verifying insurance coverage and obtaining pre-authorizations
• Maintaining patient records, including updating patient information, entering new patient information, and ensuring accuracy of patient data
• Answering patient inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
