Rate : $40 - $49/hr. on W2

Work requires a minimum of five years in business, hospital operations or project management.

Significant experience in, clinical education, patient safety, quality improvement, Human Factors engineering is strongly preferred.

Consultative skills required, experience strongly preferred

Support determination of budgetary requirements for ongoing support

Guide affiliations to accreditation, regulatory, and certification standards

Provide performance feedback of key personnel associated with remote programs

Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, Federal and local laws.

Responsible for completing all training requirements and maintaining compliance with all assignments.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in quality assurance including experience specific to Technical Complaint Handling preferred.

Pay rate: $27.00 - $29.00 (depending on experience)

Demonstrated Project and Vendor Management skills.

Assist with Signal Management activities and requests using Empirica and other external data sources and applications.

Perform project management and business development activities for Signal Management and related Innovation (AI/ML) projects.

Timely completion of PV Assessment activities and compliance metrics through product development, product maintenance and lifecycle management.

Ensure compliance management, as needed, with maintenance of SOPs within the scope of medical safety activities.

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and/or conferences, and share knowledge with team members, as agreed.

Experience in SAE reconciliation and safety management plans.

Review and create Study level documents including Study Management Plans, Study Safety Summaries and SAE Reconciliation within their program

Expert knowledge of clinical trial and Pharmacovigilance methodologies including detailed comprehension of global regulatory requirements.

Maintain knowledge of PV Regulations and global industry practices for PV operational efficiency and compliance

8+ years of related pharmaceutical industry experience required.

Demonstrated skills in negotiation and consensus decision making.
