Job Description

By applying to this position, you can explore ALL Patient Safety Associate opportunities at Bryn Mawr Hospital [Full Time, Part Time, Weekend Program and Per Diem].

Explore Opportunities at Bryn Mawr Hospital:

Bryn Mawr Hospital is a 319-bed not-for-profit acute care hospital, located in the heart of the Bryn Mawr community and easily accessible from all areas of the Philadelphia and the western suburbs. For more than 100 years, Bryn Mawr Hospital has provided quality compassionate care to our patients. We have made it our mission to provide patients with a superior patient experience. This translates to the consistent delivery of safe, high quality clinical care in the absence of preventable harm. Today, the Hospital continues its leadership as a sophisticated community hospital offering advanced medical technology and access to the most qualified medical staff in the region.

Our Patient Safety Associates (PSA) play an important role in providing a safe environment for our patients! As a PSA, you would provide 1:1 care and monitoring to our patients who require suicide precautions or close observation. If, at the start of your shift, there are no patients requiring 1:1 observation, you would be reassigned to assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department. Ultimately, you are a critical part in keeping our patients safe!
