Patient Retention Specialist Jobs

Proficiency in navigating required computer applications (MPS, MRM, carrier application, internet/intranet, and agency management system).

Achieve the required quality rating of customer phone interactions as rated by management and or external quality assurance review teams.

Meet established productivity measures established by management team in support of the Agency performance.

Proficient in using various computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Customer Feedback: Gather and document customer feedback, providing valuable insights to improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to empathize and connect with clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.

1-2 years experience in marketing (digital or e-commerce preferred; internship experience accepted)

Previous direct experience in email marketing

Proactively resolve problems and roadblocks in order to keep workflow on schedule and escalate higher level conflicts to manager for resolution.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (marketing, advertising, communications, or related field preferred)

Enter data and document patient notes in Epic, ARIES, SHARE or any other data management system.

Remind patients who are self-managed about medical and lab appointments.

Highschool diploma or GED with at least 3 year's related work experience.

1 year of experience in HIV/AIDS service

1 year of experience providing services amongst LGBTQ and minority/underserved communities.

Conduct retention activities that include, but are not limited to outreach calls, mailing letters, visiting homeless encampments, and patient homes.
