Manage up to date lists of all user accounts granted access for each project

Design and build paper data entry forms (in Word) first

REDCap project mirrors paper data entry form

Define and manage all necessary Data Access Groups (DAGs)

TIPQC / TDH instance of REDCap

New user accounts (NOTE: New user accounts must be “approved”)

Strong people management skills and experience.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Demonstrates knowledge and experience of creating and working user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios within an electronic application.

Works closely and in conjunction with manager and SOS staff and OCM staff with any aspect of the programs.

Assists Manager in the Provides identification and coordination of necessary training needs for new employees and new clients/accounts.

Supports new client implementations as assigned by manager.
