Mental and Emotional Requirements: Manages stress appropriately.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Conducts water responsibilities including Main RO chlorine checks, daily hardness test on Main RO, assists with portable RO setup.

Vision: Constantly uses sight in performance for daily job duties.

Hearing: Constantly uses hearing in performance for daily job duties.

Mental and Emotional Requirements: Independent discretion/decision making.

Performs skills as delegated and in accordance with policy, procedure and competency to promote patient health and wellness.

Maintains necessary skills and competencies to perform the clinical functions related to dialysis.

Demonstrates the technical skills to prepare and monitor the equipment used for hemodialysis.

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Supports Renal Services standards related to the hemodialysis environment.

Provides for a safe environment and safe delivery of care.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Schedule: Part-time Night, (2) 12 hour shifts, 7 pm-7 am

Aid with movement and placement of patients.

Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.

Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Document necessary records.
