Overview The Patient Access Lead is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the patient access team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all patient access processes are efficient and effective, and that the team is providing excellent customer service. The Patient Access Lead will also be responsible for training and developing team members, and for ensuring that all patient access policies and procedures are followed. Detailed Job Description The Patient Access Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the patient access team. This includes providing guidance and direction to team members, ensuring that all patient access processes are efficient and effective, and that customer service is of the highest quality. The Patient Access Lead will also be responsible for training and developing team members, and for ensuring that all patient access policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, the Patient Access Lead will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating team performance, and for providing feedback and guidance to team members. Job Skills Required
