Detailed Job Description The Patient Access Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the patient access team. This includes providing guidance and direction to team members, ensuring that all patient access processes are efficient and effective, and that customer service is of the highest quality. The Patient Access Lead will also be responsible for training and developing team members, and for ensuring that all patient access policies and procedures are followed.
