Creation of department activity reports for upper management

Other duties as assigned by Department Manager

Previous 1-3 years’ customer support experience in a manufacturing and / or logistics environment preferred

Good computer skills with specific proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Update logistics information, purchase orders, and sales orders in the company ERP system

Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.

Manage inventory by sourcing and ordering parts, determine pricing, and pull and ship parts.

Manage scrap process by maintaining scrap records and coordinate pickup and shipping.

Manage order related communications with customers (both internal and external) and vendors.

Two years related experience and/or training with technical products within ERP systems.
