Manage various trackers and planning systems to keep the business operations and broader team on track

3 - 5 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting or project management, with strong preference for legal industry experience

Prepare and manage project plans for implementation and execution

Strong written and oral communication skills

Collaborate with appropriate contacts for input on the initial scope and design

Prepare analysis of revenue and/or expense implications, including both hard costs and soft costs

Research and monitor trends and best practices in the general business environment, legal profession, and peer law firms

Highly Organized: Excellent organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain structured project documentation.

Developing project schedules, meeting agendas, recaps, and additional account management tasks.

Task Management Platform Ownership (Monday.com or other)

Serve as a Project Manager for assigned partner accounts.

Manage project stakeholders, the project team, potential risks, scheduling, and conflicts that may arise.

Manage internal task execution promptly.
