Partner Compliance Specialist Jobs

Track and report to LoanCare’s Board and management on all compliance issues, trending, and remediation efforts.

Present to the Board, shareholders, regulators, and clients on matters that relate to LoanCare’s compliance management system.

Manage efforts within assigned business units to remediate compliance issues identified by LoanCare’s customers, employees, clients, auditors, and regulators.

At least five years of mortgage industry experience with a strong background in risk or compliance

Comprehensive knowledge of applicable consumer protection laws, financial industry regulations, and GSE guidelines.

Experience reading and interpreting regulations, laws and statutes.

Strong understanding of trip tracking systems, rate management, and quality control processes.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Previous experience in a compliance-related role involving data-driven identification of compliance gaps, development of effective solutions, and implementation of corrective actions

Familiarity with transportation industry regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the role.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with partner operators, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
