Part Time Seasonal Associate Jobs in Iowa

Previous experience in athletics is strongly preferred;

Experience in sports marketing or live production;

Must possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal);

Prepares administrative support and coordinates game contests that will include selecting contestants

Assist in the coordination of in-game elements with a focus on fan interactivity during pre-game, stoppages, and intermissions

Act as a positive representative for the organization in and out of the arena during all games and various external events

Demonstrate proficiency in packing all components and sub-components for all cases, boxes, and displays.

Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for the work performed.

Ensure condition of all outbound cases, boxes, and displays are clean, safe, and in good condition.

Monitor inventory levels on applicable component product lines to ensure book fairs can be properly packed.

Learn and demonstrate basic scanner proficiency, i.e. item inquiries and requesting replenishment of Pick locations.

Assist in the picking and packing of customer reorders

Saturday - Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Knowledge and experience in the operation of marine related equipment and vessels;

Assists when necessary with other harbor duties assigned by the Harbor Master;

Responds to and assists persons/vessels in distress;

Maintain the pump-out boat and other necessary equipment;

Must interact with other City departments, State and Federal agencies when necessary;

Must read all current bulletins published by the US Coast Guard

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management

Greet customers and provide them with purchasing options based on their needs and wants, demonstrating knowledge regarding the merchandise and company

Maintain updated knowledge on current products, pricing, and promotions

Manage financial transactions and purchases accurately and efficiently using POS

Follow through on an exceptional customer experience by presenting customers with product promotions and sale opportunities as identified through conversation

Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
