Previous experience as RN in an office setting preferred

Visual and manual dexterity for data entry on the computer

Provides information to callers when appropriate, about approved care advice, in addition to known community resources, referral services and education classes.

Observes and adheres to all departmental and hospital policies and procedures, and follows all safety, quality assurance, and infection control standards.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
