Specific License or Certification Required: None.

Performs opening and/or closing duties: opens/closes and unlocks/lock gates, restrooms, and other facilities for assigned area.

Provides guidance, direction and training to community service workers.

Performs other related duties as required.

Human Interaction: Requires the ability to exchange information for the purpose of clarifying details within well-established policies, procedures and standards.

Verbal Aptitude: Requires the ability to utilize a wide variety of reference data and information, such as tee sheets.

Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

Nursing Home/Hospital setting experience preferred

High school graduate or G. E. D. equivalent

Customer service with all levels of patients and hospital staff

Cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, facilities, office areas, off site clinics, and other areas designated by their supervisor

Use and maintain floor equipment

Ensure supplies are stocked and readily available at all times

Ensure trash removal of designated assigned areas and proper disposal

Ensure dirty linens are removed and stored in appropriate locations, replace as needed
