Prior experience as a Valet Parking Attendant or similar role

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Park and retrieve customers' vehicles safely and efficiently

Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and transactions

Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of vehicles and property

Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds and provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service

Ensure all guest's valet experience are memorable and unique

Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers

Willing to adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards

Run fast to retrieve cars

Drive slow when presenting cars

Uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary

Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead

One year of similar experience preferred.

Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner

Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations

Keeps unauthorized parkers out of the lot

Efficiently manages the Wait List for seating

Communicates guest’s questions or concerns to Manager on duty

Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes

Paid Vacation - 1 week after 1 year, 2 after 2 years, 3 after 10 years

Communicate professionally at all times with residents, guests, and management.

Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements.

Provide excellent customer service for residents and guests.

Safely park and retrieve all customer vehicles.

Graciously assist guests with issues arising out of the parking experience

Prior customer service experience helpful

Shifts available from a range of hours and days

High volume creates the maximum opportunities for tips

Additional compensation for up to $1 per car parked

Extend a genuinely friendly welcome to arriving guests

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Supervisor, or Assistant Manager

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills

Proven customer service experience as a Supervisor/Lead; strong guest-focused mentality.

Must be able to clear DOT Examination (Paid by the company)

Must be capable of driving both auto and manual transmissions.

You must be 18+ years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Additional parking and traffic management duties as assigned.

Handling credit card transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Following safe traffic and parking procedures under direction from Tropicana Field staff.

Managing vehicle movement into dedicated parking spots.
