Park Operations Manager Jobs in Texas

Min of 5-7 years experience in facility Venue multi-operations management.

Develop and update comprehensive management reports and manuals (i.e. Operations Manual, Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan, etc)

Maintain hazardous materials communication program, and material safety data sheets; maintain knowledge of changes in pertinent Federal, State and Local regulations

All other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager & General Manager

Knowledge of budget preparation and control.

Basic Knowledge of Fire Alarm / Fire Protection systems

3 years management culinary experience

Ensure the success of the food service waste management program.

Practice effective organizational skills at all times.

Knowledge and maintenance of all costs

Provide operational analysis to the Executive Sous Chef and food service managers.

Organize and execute skills training sessions for culinary team.

4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions.

Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office.

Knowledge and understanding of profit and loss statement and store KPIs to make commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry;

Achieve business objectives by utilizing the company consumer management client segmentation strategy;

Monitor monthly consumer management database reporting;

Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty providing leadership and guidance to all Client Advisors on shift;

Lead and inspire your team to execute a superior client experience, ensuring each Client Advisor operates with a hospitality mindset;

Manage the customer flow on the selling floor to ensure all clients are attended to and exceptional service is delivered;

Coordinates park land management activities with other departments and outside agencies and organizations.

Develops land management plans that protect native vegetation and wildlife.

Develops strategic fire management protocols to manage invasive plant and animal species.

Collects and analyzes fire management data and maintains a database and photographic records of worksites including benchmark achievements.

Works in cooperation with Park District Managers, Park Forester and Chief Park Ranger to coordinate land and fire management operations.

Fire management practices and procedures in accordance with Federal, State and Local guidelines.
