Detailed Job Description A Parent Support Specialist is responsible for providing support and guidance to parents and families in a variety of settings. They must be knowledgeable about parenting, family dynamics, and the educational system. They must be able to assess the needs of the family and provide appropriate resources and support. They must be able to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals. They must be able to develop and implement strategies to help families and children succeed.
