Help manage sample administration (sample order, tracking of deliveries, sample storage, sample shipment to key partners).
2 years experience in analytical role
Strong knowledge in Excel, managing multiple systems
Responsible for managing and maintaining all PUMA systems for entire team (i.e.: PAC, PID, CREATIVE SHARE).
Help monitoring SMU creation process including article efficiency, hit rates and shipped and open order reporting
Follow up on product sign off dates and order placement dates to make sure products can be ordered on time.
