3 or more years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment (internship and coop experience will be considered)

Rovide color technical support to core engineering during the development, qualification, and implementation of new programs A

8+ years of paint shop experience including knowledge of a greenfield start-up.

Deep knowledge of maintenance systems (Maximo, CMMS, and MES) to manage the shop on a continuous basis.

Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum requirement, preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Strong communication, multitasking and leadership skills and outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding.

Ensure budgets are met while also working to procure additional finances through projects, and other means.

Plant level experience with project management experience

Understand the technical aspects of paint operations, establish critical process control parameters, and ensure process parameter management.

Experience managing cost performance, planning, target-setting, technical knowledge of paint equipment and paint materials

Demonstrated knowledge of paint environmental requirements

Knowledge of remote servers – Visual Studios, Factory Talk, & Kepware

Support/initiate the development, manage, and direct completion of projects to improve all KPI’s.
