5 + years previous leadership experience including supervisory, acting supervisor, working leader or management experience overseeing blast, paint and MIP/SHT/XHT operations
Daily interactions with peers and frequently with supervisors from multiple trades and upper levels of management
3+ years of experience in blast and paint
Must possess strong PC skills and proficient with MS Office suite
Good verbal communication and writing skills
