Paint Defect Analyst Jobs

License/Certification/Designation: Certification in paralegal studies strongly preferred or developed paralegal experience.

Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

Insurance defense litigation experience highly preferred

Bodily Injury case handling experience preferred

Education: Undergraduate studies in business administration, insurance or other related areas preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred, though will consider years of work experience in lieu of degree.

5+ years of work experience in construction estimation, preferably as an estimator, engineer, scheduler, or project manager.

Confidence to work effectively with all levels of management and clients.

Manage multiple cost estimation related client matters which typically involve construction defect claims and disputes.

Communicate assignment requirements directly with client and team.

Lead project team effectively and manage team schedule to ensure deadlines and budget expectations are met.

HS Diploma with 0-1 years job related experience required.

Must be detail oriented, conscientious and have high reading comprehension skills.

Demonstrate creativity, flexibility, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Demonstrate proficiency in computerized systems.

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and in a timely fashion.

Must be able to perform a variety of kit creation tasks as required within the work area.

Important Skill: JIRA, Defect Management, Project Management

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on defect management.

Oversee the defect management process within Jira, including defect triage, prioritization, and resolution.

Develop and maintain defect management policies and procedures.

Strong understanding of the software development process and the role of defect management.

The Jira Defect Manager is a critical role that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills

Experience with data analysis and presenting to technical audience (2 years)

Experience in Microelectronics field (2+ years)

Experience with eBeam Inspection tools and techniques (1+ years)

Experience running and maintaining Microelectronics equipment (2+ years)
