Paint And Body Manager Jobs

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge sufficient to properly and deftly complete painting assignments

Align with all applicable company and legal requirements controlling vehicle repairs

At least 1 year of paint and body experience

Manage and communicating client expectations

Report to Operations Manager and submit to quality control audits of units completed

1-year experience in automotive paint refinishing in the capacity of painter, body man, prepper, or similar technician role.

Manage all information needed to prepare proposals and or agreements related to PB&E product sales.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with sales, preferably in the automotive segment

Must be willing to learn the company's products, including but not limited to, the knowledge of paint, chemical aspects, and refinishing

Ensure that proper use of Health, Safety, and Equipment practices are adhered to.

Identify potential prospects by segment (high/mid/low fleet).

Prospect, sell, and close new customers at a level necessary to meet annual sales budgets and gross margin targets.

At least 2 years of experience in a management role in a paint and body shop

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Manage inventory levels for materials and supplies, and place orders as needed
