• Ensuring that all invoices are processed in a timely manner and that payments are made on time.
• Managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance and ensuring that all supplier contracts are up to date.
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure that all purchase orders are accurate and that all goods and services are received in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all purchase orders are properly authorized and that all invoices are properly coded.
• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.
• Developing and implementing process improvements to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the purchase-to-pay process.
