Business Analyst (Intermediate Experience with Opportunity for Growth)

1-2 years of related experience required

Initiate refunds of identified overpayments and resolve open discrepancies

Monitor takebacks and initiate refunds as appropriate

Review and resolve credit balances

Accept phone calls and resolve patient concerns related to account balances

Research returned refund checks and take the necessary action to resolve

Advanced SQL, Advanced Tableau, Intermediate Python skills are required along with basic knowledge of databricks .

Scope projects correctly and manage team’s efforts judiciously to meet competing priorities and project deadlines.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with peer managers to share the team’s accountability under a greater team environment.

Improve existing workflows or business processes using best practices and knowledge of internal and or external business issues.

Take a responsibility in acquiring new skills toward career development.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as they arise.

You are experienced in expense report management

Create and edit senior management presentations utilizing PowerPoint.

Maintain distribution lists, SharePoint sites and file management.

Ability to interact with all levels of employees including senior management.
